Base class for Catalyst::Action::Serialize and Catlayst::Action::Deserialize.

DESCRIPTION

This module implements the plugin loading and content-type negotiating code for the Catalyst::Action::Serialize manpage and the Catalyst::Action::Deserialize manpage.
