Bio::Phylo::Unparsers::Mrp - Serializer used by Bio::Phylo::IO, no serviceable parts inside
This module turns a the Bio::Phylo::Forest manpage object into an MRP nexus formatted matrix. It is called by the the Bio::Phylo::IO manpage facade, don't call it directly.
The newick unparser is called by the the Bio::Phylo::IO manpage object. Look there to learn how to create mrp matrices.
